We have very important news about how you can support friendly politicians and influence elections in a way that was never possible before. If you've ever wondered which candidates stand on our side of the issues – and which ones you should support – this is the best way ever to take care of it.

We won the first round in court seeking the right to marry in Maryland. But our opponents keep trying to amend the Maryland Constitution to overturn that decision. As our lawsuit progresses, it is clear that who gets elected in November will be crucial to preventing the passage of an anti-gay constitutional amendment.

Every seat in the Maryland General Assembly is up for election in November. And with races for Governor, Lt. Governor, Attorney General and Comptroller, this year's election will be vital in determining whether same-sex couples will win the right to marry in Maryland.

Please make a contribution to the Equality Maryland Political Action Committee (PAC). Our PAC will direct money to candidates who will make a difference to our families. Candidates whom we know will be there for us in the fight that lies ahead. Candidates who stand the best chance of keeping our most important foes out of office.

This is incredibly important. Only YOU can change who has influence in politics. By donating to Equality Maryland PAC, you will be rewarding candidates who take a stand and support those willing to fight for our interests.
